Introducing….Toofers! Look at that toothy grin! He is one of the puppy mill rescues from Bexar County (please see the links on our home page for the news coverage). Toofers is approximately 3-5 years old and an active, sweet boy. He gets along with female dogs, but not with males. You have to meet this little guy – he is so full of character and keeps us laughing!
